An award-winning bassist and vocalist with roots in Mozambique, raised in Denmark and now based in Berlin, Natalie Greffel has established herself as an unforgettable voice in the modern jazz landscape. Her music weaves together African rhythms, Brazilian soul, and European experimentalism – all carried by a voice that both embraces and challenges.

Greffel combines deep musical seriousness with a playful spirit of exploration. Her soundscape is as multifaceted as her background – a harmonious collision of rhythmic depth, spiritual searching, and urban edge. With an education from the prestigious Jazz Institute Berlin and collaborations with bands like Radio Citizen and das KONSTRUKT, she builds bridges between tradition and innovation.

In 2020, she released her critically acclaimed debut album Para Todos, and in 2025 she returns with new material that delves even deeper into her signature sound – a fusion of jazz, soul, electronica, and African rhythms.
