Electric atmopshere in Alexandraparken: Loverboy & The Heartbreakers
Jon Ranes has achieved great success with the rap group UNDERGRUNN before also debuting as a solo artist in the fall of 2022 with the album Loverboy. Now, the energy bomb is coming to Moldejazz 2025!
His solo album propelled the Oslo native straight onto the Norwegian charts, and Loverboy was one of Norway's most popular albums in the fall of 2022, featuring songs like Blod and Tusen tanker. Jon Ranes draws inspiration from Scandinavian legends like Håkan Hellström and Stein Torleif Bjella for his album.
Last year, Ranes released the EP Loverboy & The Heartbreakers. It is also the band The Heartbreakers that will join Ranes on stage at this year's Moldejazz—guaranteeing an energetic experience, with a lineup known for its charisma, an amped-up crowd, and an electric atmosphere from start to finish.
