New Artists and a New Venue
On Tuesday, November 12th, we hosted a program launch and festival meet-up at Fuzzy Platebar in Molde. It was fantastic to see so many attendees, including volunteers and others curious about the artists we've lined up for 2025. Not only did Magnus share the planned artists, but he also spun records afterward – much to the delight and excitement of everyone who joined us.
This launch won’t be the last before Christmas – we’ve already scheduled another reveal for December 5th. We promise it will feature just as many gems as this one. Stay tuned to our channels for more information.

New Venue
Last year, we introduced Varden and Hjertøya as new-old venues – this year, it’s Rådhussalen's turn. This architectural gem, designed by Paul Cappelen and Torbjørn Rodahl, will bring Moldejazz back to life in 2025. The city’s grand hall was last used for concerts in 1974, with Jan Garbarek performing on stage. During the 2025 festival, we’ll present an exclusive concert series that’s sure to spark conversation and excitement.
We’re starting strong by inviting the very best of the jazz world, both from Norway and internationally, to take the stage.
