Moldejazz continues to introduce "new" venues for this summer's festival!
This time, we are going back in history to a place that has hosted Moldejazz musicians since the festival's very first year
Moldejazz Invites You to a Free and Spectacular Outdoor Concert at Varden on July Tuesday 16th at 11:00 AM
We have already announced that the amazing musician Veslemøy Narvesen will be performing at this year’s Moldejazz, and it is she whom we will meet at this very special concert venue. She will be performing in a duo format with Anna Ueland, playing an acoustic piano for this outdoor concert.
We recommend starting your concert experience by walking the Green Corridor or parking at Grua and walking from there.
The festival will provide buses departing from Alexandra Hotel at 10:30 AM. This bus service is intended for those who have difficulty getting to Varden for various reasons. The price for a bus ticket is 100 NOK round trip. There will also be access to an accessible toilet at Varden.
Parking at Varden is not available except for the two designated handicapped parking spots. The concert will take place near the old Vardestua.
