Moldejazz ticket sales are digital, and tickets are sent via email.

Ticket Types:
- Regular
- Youth: Ages 13–26; ages 18–26 in Alexandraparken (evening). Valid ID must be shown at entry. Students over 26 must purchase a regular ticket.
- Wheelchair
- Companion: Requires ID at entry.
We also offer tickets for children aged 6–14 for concert days at Romsdalsmuseet. Children below school age enter free at Romsdalsmuseet when accompanied by a parent/guardian.
All passes must be exchanged for wristbands—details to follow.
ALWAYS HAVE YOUR TICKET READY FOR SCANNING AT ENTRY.
- Tickets are valuable documents; lost tickets will not be replaced.
- Reselling tickets at above face value is illegal.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
- Photography and videography are prohibited at all events.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Bottles, drinks, food, chairs, pets, alcohol, cameras, and umbrellas are prohibited at our concerts.
- Gates open approximately 30 minutes before the concert starts; different times apply for Romsdalsmuseet.
- Feel free to clap—on 2 & 4!
Accessibility
- Wheelchair tickets are sold for all events, except Fuzzy. For questions, contact us at salg@moldejazz.no or +47 71 20 31 50.
- Arrive early if you need assistance and contact our staff at the venue.
- We do not provide sign language interpreters.
- Companion tickets are available for all events. Holders of a valid companion certificate can purchase one companion ticket per concert. A valid certificate must be shown at entry.
- Venue staff will help with directions to seating, restrooms, bars, and other facilities. Unfortunately, assistance with personal needs like restroom use is not available.
Venue Accessibility Details:
- Romsdalsmuseet: HC parking and entry at Gildehallen. Accessible gravel pathways throughout the arena. A dedicated wheelchair platform with good views and a roof. HC restrooms at the entrance. Staff available for assistance. Priority seating for wheelchairs and companions on the platform when space is limited. Additional wheelchair seating is available around the platform. Personal chairs (other than wheelchairs) are not permitted. Limited access near the stage.
- Molde Cathedral: Accessible ramp near the main entrance. HC restroom in the narthex. Wheelchair seating available at row ends and on the sides.
- Bjørnsonhuset: HC seating and elevator access to the gallery (no wheelchair seating on the gallery). HC restroom available. No thresholds. Wheelchair users should purchase wheelchair tickets.
- Teatret Vårt: HC seating, elevator, and HC restroom available. No thresholds. Ask staff for information about the hearing loop system.
- Storyville: Fully accessible with an elevator inside. HC restroom in the foyer.
- Alexandraparken: HC entrance on the west side at quay level (a gentle slope from Storgata). HC restroom available—contact staff for access. Flat, paved concert and bar tent areas, but some uneven surfaces due to cable bridges. Limited accessibility in the upper park area.
- Reknesparken: Terrain is less accessible for wheelchairs. A steep gravel path leads to the amphitheater. Electric outdoor wheelchairs or manual wheelchairs with assistance can manage. HC seating is available at the side of the amphitheater. No HC restrooms available.
- Storgata: Easy access. HC restrooms available at Moldetorget shopping center and nearby hotels.
- Rådhussalen: Step-free access to the Rådhus and Rådhussalen. Wheelchair users should purchase wheelchair tickets. HC restroom available.
- Fuzzy: Concert venue in a basement, not wheelchair accessible. Stairs lead to the venue, so wheelchair tickets are not sold for Fuzzy.
