Companions: Holders of a valid companion certificate issued by their municipality can purchase one companion ticket per concert. A valid certificate must be presented at the entrance. For ticket assistance, contact Tickster customer service directly here, via email, or by calling +46 077 147 70 70 (9:00–12:00 & 13:00–16:00).
Our venue staff will assist with directions to seating, restrooms, bars, and other facilities. However, they cannot provide personal assistance such as help in restrooms. Please inform our staff if you use a wheelchair and wish to remain in it. Many venues offer designated accessible seating, but these are limited. If notified in advance, we will do our best to accommodate additional needs.
Romsdalsmuseet: HC parking and entry are available near Gildehallen. The arena is easily accessible with good mobility on gravel paths. A dedicated wheelchair platform offers excellent views and a roof. HC restrooms are located near the entrance. Venue staff can assist at the platform upon request. Wheelchair users with companions are prioritized on the platform when it is full. Wheelchairs may also be placed beside or around the platform if desired, but spaces are limited. Personal chairs other than wheelchairs are not permitted in the arena.
Molde Cathedral: Access via a ramp near the main entrance. An HC restroom is located in the narthex. Wheelchair spaces are available at the ends of rows and along the sides.

The concert and bar tent areas are flat and paved, but some minor thresholds exist due to cable bridges. Accessibility in the upper park area is more limited.
Reknesparken: Challenging terrain for wheelchair users, with a steep gravel path leading to the amphitheater. Accessible with outdoor electric wheelchairs or manual wheelchairs with assistance. Dedicated HC spaces are located on the side of the amphitheater. No HC restroom is available.
Fuzzy: The concert venue is located in a basement and is not wheelchair accessible. Access is via stairs.
Storgata: Easy access. HC restrooms are available at Plassen, Moldetorget shopping center, and nearby hotels.
